The biggest issue with Manus is the price. At $39.99 per month or $399.99 per year, the subscription cost is difficult to justify. There are many competing services available at lower prices or with more generous free tiers. Regardless of the features offered, the current pricing feels excessive and puts the app out of reach for many users. A lower price point would make it much more appealing and competitive.

Horrible! It will keep using more and more credits just to keep getting the prompt wrong. $$$$ They have no contact for technical issues. One Manus uses up all your credit; you have to wait months to get credit at the same rate, or pay more for a higher tier, where Manus will still not get your prompts correct. It will say it did something, then you will find out it did not. Horrible AI platform.

I had rated it 4 star based on my use case but the tech support that I had needed was just not there. I just kept bouncing from one AI agent email to another and I could find myself in a deadly loop of nowhere. Ended up losing my yearly subscription to a monthly one. Ultimately got so much frustrated from the "help" that I quit it midway.
